The Re-Entry
Coaching for Mamas
A coaching experience for moms returning to work
Returning to work after having a baby is disorienting. I say that as someone who just did it myself.
It's not just the logistics, the childcare, the schedule, the pumping situation. It's identity. Who are you now? What do you actually want from your work and your life? How do you show up in both worlds without losing yourself in the process?
I've been right where you are. It's a lot.
What I hear most from moms is some version of the same thing: I don't have enough time. Not enough flexibility. Not enough space to be present with my kids without feeling like I'm dropping something else. The life that made sense before doesn't quite fit anymore.
I thought about my own re-entry for an entire year before it even happened. And while my situation gave me more flexibility than most, I've worked with moms navigating this with far less wiggle room. The emotional terrain is the same no matter what your situation looks like.
Over the years I've coached hundreds of moms through pivots that actually feel good. Not just practical, but deeply aligned with who they are. A former school teacher who was done with the rigid schedule and wanted work that gave her her days back. A tech exec who loved her career but needed to actually make it to yoga and stop missing bedtime. Whatever your version looks like, I've probably helped someone navigate something close to it.
This is the conversation I love having. If you're ready to think differently about how you work, and you just need a real thought partner to help you see what's possible, whether that's a new way of working within what you already know or something else entirely, that's exactly what this is.
That's where we start.
We'll look at who you are now, what's shifted, and what you actually want from your work and your life. We'll think through what more time and flexibility could realistically look like, and how to start moving toward it. We'll use your Enneagram type as a lens, work on boundaries and energy, and I'll bring in breathwork and mindfulness for the moments when it all feels like too much.
This is fulfillment coaching, which means we're looking at the whole person, not just the career part.
Format: 6 bi-weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, 60 minutes each.
We can meet however works best for you, phone, Zoom, a walk in Golden Gate Park, or in person at Flywheel Coffee in San Francisco.

This is for moms at any stage who feel ready to redesign, not just return.
“I returned from maternity leave with my second child and quickly realized my career as an elementary teacher no longer aligned with the life I wanted. Jenna helped me envision a path where I could continue using my skills while prioritizing my family. Her compassion and encouragement gave me the confidence to take a leap I may never have made on my own. I’ve now found the rhythm of my dreams and am so grateful for her support along the way.”
